Privacy Policy

Who we are

This website (chercreekwed.circuitpunkware.com) is run by Cherry Creek Weddings & Such ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information the website collects, why, and the choices you have. Last updated: October 7, 2026.

Information we collect

  • Messages you send us. When you fill in a contact form we receive what you type - usually your name, email address, phone number and message - so we can answer you.
  • Basic server logs. Like almost every website, our web server briefly records technical details of each request (such as IP address, browser type and time) to keep the site secure and working. These logs are not used for marketing.

We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

How we use it

  • to answer your questions and provide the services you ask for
  • to keep the website secure and prevent spam and abuse

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We only share it with service providers who help us run the website (such as our web host), and only as needed, or when the law requires it.

Cookies and similar technology

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Some parts of the site come from other companies:

  • Google Fonts provides the fonts on this site; your browser downloads them from Google, which receives your IP address.
  • Social media links take you to our pages on those networks, which have their own privacy policies.

How long we keep it

Messages are kept as long as needed to deal with your request and our normal business records. Information is stored on our web server, which is protected by passwords and encryption in transit (HTTPS).

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Residents of some states (including California) have additional rights under state privacy laws, such as the right to know what we collect and the right to not have information sold - we do not sell personal information. We will not treat you differently for using these rights.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the website changes. The date at the top shows the latest version.
